I do not have the Home version and have never looked at their particular license agreement. I do know that it is possible to have a setting in the Dragon Pro Individual and Group versions that stops the program from sharing data with the manufacturer.
I do not know if this setting is available in the Home version. The program runs on your own computer, not in the cloud. Happy dictating, whatever version you may choose.
